Superior SQL Builder

Red Earth Technologies provides a free SDK Package, which contains the following:

1. Visual Scribe Engine Document Object Model SDK - Contains detailed information on the full Visual Scribe Engine Document Object Model, including code samples. It contains all of the information that you need to build and manipulate Superior SQL Builder projects programmatically. All operations that can be carried out in the standard user interface can be achieved programmatically using this SDK. Information is even provided to help you include some of the supplied User Interface in your own applications.

2. Database Server Extender SDK - Contains detailed information on how to extend Superior SQL Builder's libraries to support additional Database Servers. Information includes how to write Microsoft .NET Filters to clean up imported OLE DB schema data; how to tailor the conversion from the Superior SQL Builder internal data types to the data types specific to their database server; and more.

3. SDKs for Superior SQL Builder Extension Modules. Contains object models for all Data Types included with Superior SQL Builder. The three extension modules (Basic extensions module, Database extensions module and Database Data extensions module) are all documented, giving developers the ability to easily set/get values of Nodes and Properties programatically.

Other SDKs avaiable on request are:

Parser Development SDK - Contains detailed information on how to extend Superior SQL Builder to create new Data Types. A sample parser is developed in its entirety, including discussion of the various objects that must be implemented; Design Time and Script Building Time settings and associated User Interface; and optional classes and interfaces that allow tighter intergration into the Superior SQL Builder application.

Script Generator COM component - This SDK includes the Script Generator COM component and the supporting documentation. The Script Generator COM component is a simple wrapper component that provides basic script generating capabilities. Its main purpose is to expose a COM interface that allows script generation, but the component may still be used from within Microsoft .NET framework managed code. The interface provides operations to load a Superior SQL Builder project, set the values of project properties, and generate scripts.
